Lovely week at Exebridges

Exebridge Lakeside Club Campsite
A really friendly and well laid out site. We'd had this site recommended and we weren't disappointed. We had a warm welcome and although I had made an error with our booking this was dealt with straightaway by Gail in a very kind and professional manner. We had a great pitch, handily very near the facilities block and amenities. The shower/Toilet blocks are a little dated but they were kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay and importantly there was always plenty of hot water! We walked to the nearby pub on several occasions, the beer garden is beautiful and the food well priced and tasty. There are beautiful views from the site and the weather was kind so we were able sit outside our van and really relax. This was our first trip to a CAMC site, we are very new members and we will definitely return. The whole site was spotless and the grass and hedges are neatly kept, the wardens Gail and Mark are committed to keeping everything tip top and it shows, they never seem to stop! Thanks for such a great stay!

The Best dog exersise field

Exebridge Lakeside Club Campsite
This is a lovely campsite in a lovely area. The dog exercise field is huge, with scattered trees & shrubs and well mown grass. So much space for my whippet to run freely. It is a pleasant and quick walk to the local pub, The Anchor, on the bank of the river Exe. Walks are very well described in the walking sheets available from the information room, so it is a pleasure to stroll out knowing you won't go wrong. The staff are friendly & welcoming. Overall one of my favourite campsites. PS. I cannot comment on family friendliness as it was just me & my dog

Great site near fab pub

Exebridge Lakeside Club Campsite
We loved our stay at this quiet site. Beautiful views from the serviced pitches when we pitched nose in, as suggested by the wardens. Gave a lower rating for families as the park is out of action. You can walk past the fishing lakes to access the pub, the Anchor Inn, which has a fabulous beer garden on the banks of the river. Day tickets for fishing are available, but not on the weekend. The wardens at the site were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The dog walk is a field, so loads of space for dogs to roam free off-lead. Fabulous.

So well kept and lovely atmosphere.

Exebridge Lakeside Club Campsite
Stayed at Exebridge Club site twice this year, on both hardstanding and grass pitches. Despite rain, the grass pitches remain well maintained. The site is beautiful and a credit to the wardens who are very pleasant and welcoming. Easy access to the site from the M5 and once sited, within easy reach of the national park and the lovely coastline. Lots to explore and do in the area coupled with the peace, tranquility and amazing views from the site. highly recommended.

A seasonal stay

Exebridge Lakeside Club Campsite
We have stayed at this site for the first time from March to October not only was it a lovely quiet site with beautiful views it was close enough to the coast to reach in 40 mins. And the Moors in 15 mins to give us plenty to occupy us for the season. This coupled with an exceptionally hard working site team consisting of Gale and Mark who kept the site spotless with a smile on their faces despite the weather made a really great summer experience would not hesitate to recommend this site for a quiet Holliday
