The planes aren’t so bad.

Just spent a night at Gatwick. Yes, it’s right next to the runway and the planes are loud. But, they’re so frequent you stop noticing them after a while and they do stop late in the night so that didn’t disturb our sleep. The site staff were... Show more

Great for London & Brighton

Very warm welcome & helpful wardens. It's not a picturesque site but it is in a good location for visiting London and/or Brighton/Worthing. It is noisy because of the close proximity to the airport but we knew this as have been to this site previously. The planes do stop around midnight... Show more

Great location

Have stayed here numerous times for either a stop over or visiting the area as decent sites are few and far between around here. Always a friendly welcome and a well maintained site with spotless facilities, there is some noise from Gatwick Airport during the day but not an issue for us... Show more

So nice

Firstly the lady that helped me was great and so friendly. I felt right at home. The camp site was clean and tidy and the shower blocks were extremely clean. I expected noise from the airport but I slept like a baby. Loved it

Gatwick Caravan and Motorhome Club Site

I stay regularly at Gatwick Club Site. The location is equally suited for access to West Sussex as it is for London. What really sets this site apart from any other I have stayed in is the quality of its management by David, Julia, Mark and Tracey. They work extremely... Show more

Another great CAMC site

On arrival greeted by friendly warden. Site very quiet (except for the planes), showers and toilets spotless and to the usual high CAMC standard. Very small site probably busier in summer when grass pitches are also available and also has 2 storage areas. Planes do stop at night and after... Show more

Interesting site

Our first visit here. Great welcome from friendly and helpful warden who gave us a site map and alot of helpful information. One reassurance given was that the noise of the jets taking off from the nearby airport stops overnight. You will definitely notice the aircraft but for us it... Show more

Perfect spot for work

I was recently working in Gatwick and with the price of hotels in the area, decided to bring my caravan down instead. The site was less than 10 minutes drive to Crawley where I was working, a perfect location. The site is at the end of the runway and when... Show more
