First time at Southport.

Southport Club Campsite
Lovely site although an odd layout. Had some solar repairs to carry out and the site were brilliant in accepting my amazon deliveries to the site. Very clean , very easy to get into Southport itself and some great dog walking beaches nearby.. will definitely be back.

Pitch 145 not the best

Southport Club Campsite
Pitch145 is directly on top of the sewage drain and adjacent to the Elsan point. The stench is horrendous, not to mention the banging and clashing of people emptying. Caravans and Motorhomes packed in like sardines. Would have been better to have a ‘designated dog area’ over pitch 145. The site is NOT ideal for dogs that can’t walk far i.e to the dunes to do their business, and not all like the idea of other peoples’ dogs doing their business in and around their pitch. No Childrens play area on site which is okay, but this would be an improvement and would make it a genuine ‘family site’. The best for families part of the advert surely relates to Southport itself?

Southport Never Fails To Impress

Southport Club Campsite
Visit Southport around 3 times a year for short breaks. Clean, well maintained site. Very friendly staff and close to the town and local Morrisons. Never stops to impress.

Excellent site - Worth a visit

Southport Club Campsite
Excellent clean site , friendly wardens, close to town and the local park Well set out, been several times, come regularly Facilities brilliant, but only 2 toilet/shower blocks so can be a way off from some pitches. Found the far end of the site around pitch number 68 where we stayed it has very little lighting at night, which makes it quite difficult to see. One of the best sites we've been, other than York which is similiar
