Great site for walking

Moreton-in-Marsh Club Campsite
Enjoyed our return visit to this site. It had been a few years since our last visit. Got a great pitch. Only thing we noticed was the lack of hot water for doing the dishes. I never got hot water in two of the sinks and the third sink had only very small amounts! Otherwise a great stay.

Great site, great staff

Moreton-in-Marsh Club Campsite
We stayed for a week in May. Very well kept site. Excellent facilities. Katie and Phil were extremely welcoming and informative. Nice walk up to Batsford Arboretum and close to walk into Moreton. Staff are very busy keeping site maintained but you never notice them doing it. Will definitely be back. Kerry & Sue

Noisy, inadequate toilet & shower facilities

Moreton-in-Marsh Club Campsite
Good location generally, but noisy as next to a main road, totally inadequate and very dated toilet and shower facilities. 4 toilet cubicles in mens for a lot of pitches. Fish and chip van came on Saturday - scruffy looking van, the 2 blokes cooking/serving looked scruffy as well. No menu or price list displayed whatsoever. Surely this is not legal? Started to queue and when realised how small the boxes were and how much people were being charged we went to the chippy in Moreton itself. Grass not kept very short on pitches. Site generally needs upgrading and tidying up. Wouldn't stay here again.

Katie & Phil went the extra mile, thank you!

Moreton-in-Marsh Club Campsite
We had a lovely stay at the Moreton-in-Marsh site, it was ideally located and all of the staff on site were very friendly towards our little boy, Stanley. We wanted to say a special thank you to Katie & Phil who were particularly welcoming and always engaged with Stanley and his love of watching the barriers open and close each day, it really helped to make our stay special. Unfortunately, due to illness, we had to leave site a day early. Katie and Phil went the extra mile and offered to help us whilst packing away as due to being heavily pregnant and poorly, it was a lot for Dave to do on his own. We really appreciated the help that they both gave to us, thank you very much!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

Moreton-in-Marsh Club Campsite
Situated close to the village Moreton in Marsh makes this site the reason why it is so popular. It provides a refershment stop for those long journeys for the North/South traveller and is adjacent to the Fosse Way. The site has undertaken and continues to improve pitches and expand its fully serviced pitches. A mature site with large trees, dog exercise area, and childrens playground. Usual food retailers call on the site and reception have a supply of distress items, food, ice creams and caravan accessories. Toilets and facilities usual high CCMH standard. You cannot book a pitch number in advance so you will have to join the wacky races at 1300 to secure your pitch. The site is extremely busy around bank holidays and can be at weekends. You will experience some road noise if pitched near the road and you could experience a disturbance if pitched near to occupied Pods. Lovely walks in all directions from the site and a bus stop outside the gates. An Aldi is situated not far away within walking distance from the site. Dogs are allowed, and I cannot see any restriction on numbers allowed. Access is controlled by barrier card.
