View and BookHistoric Gainsborough old hall is 5 miles, Lincoln which is only 12miles away, with a 12th century Cathedral, and Norman Castle. Good shopping and eating places, Lincolnshire showground is only 9 miles, with antique fairs and steam shows.
Our CL is set on a small lawned field, with open views. The River Trent is only a short walk away with footpaths along its banks. We also have a 900 year old saxon Church and a small shop in the village.
Convenience shop nearby; visitors by arrangement; enquires: Mr T Jenner.
Motorhome friendly.
Sorry we are not suitable for twin axled outfits.
Site open March to end October each year.

Just stayed here for three nights. Owners very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Grass is mown and field is pretty flat. We didnt need levelling ramps. It is well drained. We had heavy rain the night before we left, but but no problems. Very quiet and... Show more

This is the perfect CL if you’d like to chill. We loved that it is a back to basics camping experience but with such a well cared for site and welcoming owners. These types of sites are just what we seek.

This is one of our favourite sites, very clean and tidy, lovely owners, good pub within 100 yds. Quite, peaceful, all you could wish for in a CL.

We got a lovely welcome when we arrived, that always means so much. This is a small CL site, just the basics, but for us everything needed. Ideal for The Lincoln Showground. Only spent the evenings here, but it was very tranquil with lovely scenery, Shire horse and sheep.....lovely.... Show more
