The owner Andy couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Pitches large and level with all the services. I would recommend turning off the A30 at the Broadwoodwidger turn and then go up past the Roadford reservoir. it is about eight miles from the A30 to the entrance to Venn farm,... Show more

We mainly use CLs and have stayed in some very basic ones, but this one was not one of those! From our first contact by phone Andy gave us lots of information and after allowing us to set up, he arrived to greet us. The hard standing pitches are large enough... Show more

Great site with perfect facilities as stated. Good welcome and great walks. Unfortunately did not see the Beavers this time but will just have to come back.

Owner Andy planned this site thoughtfully from scratch, even down to planting the now mature adjacent woodland. You need to be a self-contained unit as there are no toilets or showers. That is reflected in the price. There are other welcome touches to compensate. Each pitch has its own water... Show more

Terrific short strolls around their own woods and interesting to see what the Beavers create. Access fine,... Show more

We had a break over the May Bank holiday. What a find. Peace, tranquility, views, spotless, easy to find and access. Even though the weather was not the best, this site was perfect. It is spotless and very well maintained. We will most definitely return! Thank you

Wonderful dog walks - secure paddock and super woods to walk in - along with observing where the Beavers are present - sadly didn’t see any. Owners incredibly helpful and very warming.... Show more
