We have just stayed one night en route to Scotland. Lovely site and plenty of space to pitch. Access for our twin axle was a bit tight at the gated entrance off a narrow lane, but we managed fine. Will certainly use again, and hopefully spend longer in the area.

This is a very well maintained, quiet and spacious site, with easy access from the M6. I stayed for 3 nights, using it as a base to visit relatives living locally, but equally it is very handy for the North Lakes and the Eden valley. I'd have no hesitation in... Show more

Lovely site. Plenty of room to pitch 5 vans easy manoeuvring. You must arrive in the described way otherwise you will get stuck! We missed the sign about ringing on arrival and seemed to be no one at the house. The chickens checked us out and I think we passed.... Show more
