Purchased new from Sussex Caravans at Hartfield, fitted Motor movers, Alco towing stabilizer system microwave oven and radio. All lighting is by LED's and all services are by one central control panel which includes battery state and a clock as well as Control of central heating, water temperature and whether by gas or electric. Water system does include a replaceable carbon filter. The built in electric control unit includes a decent battery charger which can be left on and gives a maintainance charge. Only selling due to personal age related problems therefore sale will include full Dorema awning, water carrier, waste carrier and nearly new Duvelay bedding. The end bathroom includes toilet, wash basin, shower cubicle plus quite generous storage for clothing, towels etc. Can also be used as a dressing room for privacy. General storage is very generous. Bed can be arranged as double or two singles. This a very comfortable two berth with a very light and modern interior which has a surprisingly low towing weight. Very sad to part with and had very little use partly due to the Covid lockdown and our age. It has also been serviced from new by approved workshops and passed with no problems, road tyres have very little wear and always covered to protect from sun light and regularly turned when stored. Please note that the sale does not include gas bottles, We had the dumpy small ones which are apparently no longer supported.
