Porthmadog, North Wales. Sited on Cardigan View Haven owners only site - indoor pool, sauna and gym/children’s play park and indoor games room/minutes walk from beautiful Black Rock Sands beach. Full use of all Haven sites and 10 passes for family and friends. Open 10 months of the year. No age limit for caravans on this site. Fees to January 2025 included. The caravan has one double bedroom, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, plus pull-out sofa bed in lounge/large lounge with L-shaped seating/kitchen with gas hob and oven, integrated fridge freezer and microwave/bathroom with shower and WC, and separate WC. Outside there is a raised decked area, parking for 2 cars and large storage shed. The caravan has been well-maintained and ‘in the family’ since new. All gas and electric checks are up to date and contents (pots/pans/TV) could be included.
