The Club will be managing the pop-up campsite for The Game Fair 2025, an event recognised as the largest countryside festival in the UK. Bringing together a diverse community passionate about rural life, field sports and heritage, with a huge variety of activities to try, exhibitions to see and food to enjoy and entertainment throughout. Come and stay on our large pitches where you can relax with all the family and meet new people whilst enjoying a weekend celebrating the great British countryside at this prestigious annual event in the grounds of the impressive Ragley Hall.

Campsite facilities

Please bear in mind the rural nature of the site. This means that the ground may not always be even and that the condition of the ground will be weather dependent.  We will only move or resite vehicles when it is absolutely necessary.

Standard Pitches will measure 10 metres x 10 metres allowing for 1 caravan, motorhome, roof tent or campervan plus an awning and 1 vehicle. Tents and Trailer Tents are permitted within the Tent dedicated area. Maximum occupancy of 6 people. Pitches are allocated on arrival on a first-come first-served basis. 

For those booking an Electrical Hook-Up (EHU) pitch, power is supplied at a minimum of 6 amps. Please bring with you a 25m mains cable to hook up to the field box.

Please note: If booking 3 nights with EHU, power will only be available on show days (Fri-Sun). You may arrive on Thursday and camp until Sunday, but power will not be available on Thursday.

Eligibility for Accessible Camping Pitches
Accessible camping pitches are reserved for attendees who require close proximity to accessible facilities due to a disability or health condition. To ensure these pitches are allocated fairly:

Blue Badge Holders
A valid Blue Badge can be used as primary proof of eligibility. You will be required to present your Blue Badge upon arrival.

Alternative Evidence of Eligibility
If you do not have a Blue Badge but require an accessible camping pitch, you may provide one of the following upon arrival:
- A letter from a healthcare professional (e.g., GP or consultant) confirming your need for accessible facilities.
- Proof of receipt of disability-related benefits, such as Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Attendance Allowance.
- Temporary evidence of mobility issues (e.g., a hire agreement for mobility aids or post-surgery recovery documentation).

Terms of Use
Accessible pitches are strictly for the use of individuals who meet the eligibility criteria.
Misuse of an accessible pitch (e.g., booking without valid eligibility or providing false documentation) may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.

Fresh water will be available. We highly recommend Motorhomes fill up before arriving onto the site.

Black, grey and dry waste disposal will be available.

Campsite office is open daily from 8:00am to 9:00pm.

The campsite cost does not include entry to the show.

The campsite is managed by the Caravan and Motorhome Club.

Toilets

Toilets will be provided on-site; accessible facilities will be available in designated areas.

Showers

Showers are available on-site; accessible facilities will be available in designated areas. 

Dogs

Dogs are allowed on the campsite provided they are kept on a lead at all times and should not be left unattended for long periods. Assistance dogs are always welcome. Pets should not be left unattended in parked vehicles at any time. Anyone violating these animal welfare policies will be asked to leave immediately and may face further sanctions. Dog waste must be cleaned up and disposed of appropriately. 

Arrivals and Departures

The site opens between Wednesday 23 July 2025 to Sunday 27 July 2025.

Pitches are available on arrival day from midday to 9pm. All pitches will be allocated on arrival.

No arrivals after 9pm.

Pitches are to be vacated on your departure day by 10am.

To ensure a speedy arrival for everyone please have your booking confirmation to hand to present to the site staff when you arrive.

Full payment will be taken at the time of your booking.

Pitches are available to book up to 1 day before arrival date, subject to availability. We cannot accept anyone who has not pre-booked. 

Pitches measure 10 metres x 10 metres allowing for 1 caravan, motorhome, roof tent or campervan plus an awning and 1 vehicle. Tents are permitted within the Tent dedicated area. Trailer tents are not permitted onsite. Maximum occupancy 6 people (Adult and Child). 

A booking is made for the campsite when you complete The Game Fair booking process and are issued with a booking confirmation.

Cancellations and Refunds:

All ticket and campsite bookings are handled by The Game Fair. Please visit The Game Fair website, where you will find information on cancellations and refunds, together with full terms and conditions.

Campsite Terms and Conditions 

  1. Campsite office open daily from 8am to 9pm.
  2. Pitches available on arrival day from midday up to 9pm. We are unable to accept arrivals after 9pm.
  3. Pitches to be vacated on departure day by 10am.
  4. Electric Hook-Up (EHU) is provided at a minimum of 6 amps. Not all pitches include EHU so please make sure you select it at the time of booking if you require it. Please bring a 25m mains cable to hook up to the field box.
  5. Three nights camping with power: Power will only be available on show days (Fri-Sun). You may arrive on Thursday and camp until Sunday but power will not be available on Thursday.
  6. Five nights camping with power: Power will be available Wednesday to Sunday.
  7. Fresh water will be available.
  8. Black, grey and dry waste disposal will be available.
  9. All waste MUST BE disposed of at designated disposal points. Anyone seen disposing of Black, Grey or Dry waste in areas other than these points will be asked to leave immediately. Further sanctions may apply and membership may be revoked.
  10. Your vehicle must be parked within your allocated pitch, we advise that use of your vehicle is kept to an absolute minimum during your stay. A strict speed limit of 5 mph applies on site at all times.
  11. Quiet time please between 10.30pm - 8am.
  12. Fire safety
    • Fire extinguishers and alarms will be at service points
    • Open fires such as fire pits, are not permitted and will be put out.
    • Barbeques need to be raised off the ground.
    • The use of fireworks or Chinese lanterns in the campsite is strictly prohibited.
  13. Dogs are allowed on the campsite provided they are kept on a lead at all times and should not be left unattended for long periods. Assistance dogs are always welcome. Pets should not be left unattended in parked vehicles at any time. Anyone violating these animal welfare policies will be asked to leave immediately and may face further sanctions. Dog waste must be cleaned up and disposed of appropriately.
  14. Designated out of bounds areas must be respected. Anyone seen ignoring onsite signage and entering these areas could be asked to leave.
  15. We are unable to accept additional vehicles.
  16. We are unable to accept arrivals without advance bookings.

Risks and Responsibilities

All persons attending the campsite do so at their own risk and no responsibility for persons or property is accepted by The Caravan and Motorhome Club.

Personal Data

The Caravan Club Ltd is a registered data controller and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as required by the Data Protection Act 1998. The personal data provided by our members and non-members will be processed in accordance with The Caravan Club Ltd, trading as the Caravan and Motorhome Club registration, company policy and current data protection legislation for the purposes of administering this event.

I will be arriving before the campsite allows arrivals, can I pitch up early?

Please contact events@camc.com with any requests of this nature. This is a common request from people working at the event and we will support as best we can.

How do I book tickets to the show?

Directly via The Game Fair website. Don't forget, if you're a member of the Caravan and Motorhome Club you qualify for a 20% discount.

Can I pitch a tent?

Tents are permitted within the Tent dedicated area. Trailer tents are not permitted on the campsite.
