Edinburgh Club Campsite welcome Richard Lochhead for a visit

In early October, the Caravan and Motorhome Club welcomed Richard Lochhead MSP to Edinburgh Club Campsite for a visit.
Mr Lochhead was the former MSP for North East Scotland (Region) for seven years, but has served at MSP for Small Business, Innovation, Tourism and Trade for Moray Constituency since 2006.
During the visit, Emma McQuillan (Head of Governance at the Caravan and Motorhome Club) and David Gray (The Club’s Regional Manager for Scotland) discussed the occupancy levels for Edinburgh remaining high, showing that the Club campsite remains one of the popular popular ones on our sites network due to its convenient location to the cosmopolitan city of Edinburgh itself.

Available to both members and non-members, Edinburgh Club Campsite is dog-friendly and in close proximity to the waterfront where visitors can enjoy the popular coastal suburb of Portobello. The club campsite is open all year and offers 156 touring pitches, with 142 of those hardstanding.
It is really important for the Club to effectively represent its members to policymakers in the governments of the UK's devolved nations. We seize every opportunity to articulate how specific legislative issues may impact our Club members' interests and concerns.
