1. Escape to the Coast, St Agnes, Cornwall
Few things can beat a beach break and St Agnes is the perfect base to explore the cream of Cornwall. 2. A retro weekend at Goodwood

From 2-26 August dive into the amusing and unbelievable world of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. You may have thought that it was too late to enjoy the festival, with most accommodation being booked up months in advance, but if you’re happy to go a little further out, Balbirnie Park has availability and is not too far away from the action. Enjoy stand-up comedy, theatre, musicals, opera and more.

11. Hatchlands Park
With 400 glorious acres to explore this beautiful parkland is the perfect place to visit any time of the year. Over and around the Bank Holiday weekend there are also a number of special events and attractions including pony rides, have-a-go archery, and a fantastical outdoor theatre show with music, puppetry and a cast of colourful characters.
