Citroën have a golden past with the Club and Towcar of the Year, not only having scooped the overall title three times with their BX in 1984 and Xantia in 1994 and 1998 but way back in the 1980s when diesel was an up and coming fuel, Citroën won a whopping nine times in our Diesel Towcar of the Year.  In total Citroën have received 30 Towcar of the Year awards.
