Trigano (trailer tents)
Trigano (trailer tents)
The Trigano family began selling textile goods back in 1935 in France under their family name. The following year, with the introduction of paid leave in the country, the company began to sell tents. This was the beginning of camping in France and Trigano has been strongly associated with this activity ever since. In 1945, Raymond Trigano and his sons formed the Trigano company, specialising in the distribution of camping and sports goods. The business subsequently evolved and diversified with the establishment of a caravan business in 1971 and, a decade later, at the instigation of François Feuillet, the company added the manufacture of motorhomes (1984) and trailers and garden equipment (1992).
Today, Trigano employs 4,000 personnel in 9 countries (Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Poland, Netherlands, UK, Norway and Tunisia). Trigano has won many titles at our Lightweight Leisure Trailer Awards, the first in 2004 with their Arpege which won the Trailer Tent category.
