A seasonal pitch is like having a ‘home from home’, where you can leave your outfit at one of over 60 of our Club campsites and visit at your leisure without having to tow or manoeuvre each time.

Applying for a seasonal pitch

There is a ballot for initial enquiries in September each year to make sure everyone gets a fair chance to secure a seasonal pitch at their chosen campsite, but bookings can still be made at any time throughout the year (subject to availability).

Important information

  • NEW – Seasonal Pitches are now available at Winchester Morn Hill and New Forest Centenary Club Campsites for 2025.
  • Electricity will be metered and charged separately at Dornafield Club Campsite.
  • To deliver consistency and fairness to all seasonal pitch holders across all seasonal pitches for 2025, awnings at Modbury Club Campsite can no longer remain up during unoccupied periods.
  • Seasonal pitches are not available at Broomfield Farm, Bromyard Down, Dockray Meadow, Gwern Y Bwlch, Ilfracombe or Nunnykirk for 2025.
  • Please note: We'll be running a pitch allocation trial at 10 sites this year. The names of successful seasonal pitch holders will be loaded into a random number generator and we will contact these members in the order created. The campsites included in this trial are:

    Cirencester Park
    Crossways
    Hunter’s Moon
    Longleat
    New Forest
    Salisbury Hillside
    Southland

    Further details will be sent to you if you are successful in the ballot for one of these campsites.
