2025/26 Seasonal pitch numbers

Did you know you can choose the pitch you'd like before you bring your outfit on-site? If you have a booking, take a look at each site's seasonal pitches below to see which one you'd like to choose. You can use each site's map to help you choose.

From 12pm midday, four days prior to the start date of the Seasonal Pitch hire period, you can call the site directly and select your preferred pitch number. We will let you know the pitch numbers reserved for seasonal bookings. Please note that we will not be accepting pitch reservations if left on an answerphone message.

Pitch Allocation trial - Please note: We'll be running a pitch allocation trial at 10 sites this year. The names of successful seasonal pitch holders will be loaded into a random number generator and we will contact these members in the order created. The campsites included in this trial are:

Chapel Lane
Cheltenham Racecourse
Cirencester Park
Crossways
Hunter’s Moon
Longleat
New Forest
Salisbury Hillside
Southland

Further details will be sent to you if you are successful in the ballot for one of these campsites.
