Frequently asked questions

  • Can I amend an existing booking to benefit from the promotion discount?

    No. Promotions are only available for new bookings and therefore you will need to cancel your existing booking and make a new booking if you want to benefit from the promotion.

    Please bear in mind our Deposit Terms and Conditions when cancelling your existing booking within 21 days of arrival (if you cancel within 21 days you may lose your existing deposit).

  • I've booked a stay with another promotion, will I also be able to get these discounts?

    No, promotions are non combinable.

    These promotions are available for new bookings only. You can choose to cancel your existing booking and make a new booking to benefit from these promotions, however please bear in mind our Deposit Terms and Conditions when cancelling within 21 days of arrival.

    If an existing booking with a promotion applied is cancelled, you may not be able to get the same promotion again if it has expired or if the advance purchase date has passed

  • Are there any days being excluded from the promotion?

    No, the Spring Getaways promotion does not have any 'blackout dates' (exclusion dates). You can book stays any day of the week - midweek, weekends, and even Bank Holidays.

  • When making a booking on the Club website or mobile App, where do I see the promotional price discount applied?

    Once you have entered your party members, chosen your pitch type, entered your dates into the calendar* and pressed continue, you will be able to see your discount has been applied in the booking summary, at the bottom of the page. This will display the promotion name under "offer", and the price displayed will be the discounted price. 

    *Please note that the prices in the calendar will be the full, non-discounted prices. If the criteria of the promotion are met, the price at the bottom of the screen, and in the basket, will be the total discounted price. Once this is added to the basket, press "show full basket" and the name of the promotion will be displayed. The total price shown, includes the promotional discount.
