  • How do I apply the offer?

    The offer will automatically be applied to your basket if the terms and conditions of the offer are met in relation to the minimum stay requirements and travel period the offer is live within.

  • My booking covers part of the offer travel dates, will I still get the offer?

    To qualify for the offer, the minimum stay requirement must be met alongside the travel period of the stay selected fully within the offer window. If the booking has a part stay in the offer period and part stay outside the offer period you will need to make 2 separate bookings, with the booking within the offer period fulfilling the minimum stay requirements to qualify for the offer.

  • I have an existing booking, can I benefit from the new promotions?

    Promotions are only available for new bookings. Therefore, if you have an existing booking and want to benefit from the promotions, the existing booking will need to be cancelled, and a new booking will need to be made.

    Please bear in mind our Deposit Terms and Conditions when cancelling your existing booking (if you cancel within 21 days you may lose your existing deposit). In addition, the price may have changed since your original booking was placed, so check before you choose to cancel and rebook.
