The Carnon Down Club Campsite is the ideal base to explore the beauty of Cornwall. Just 3 miles from the city of Truro and set in 20 acres of landscaped grounds, so many wonderful walks can be enjoyed from the site.
Rachel's Lodge

Rachel's Lodge is one of the three lodges on this site and is a three bedroom property, all on the ground floor. The property consists of an open plan living space with an electric wood burner and a Smart TV, a dining area, kitchen with a breakfast bar, electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
There is one kingsize bedroom, one double and one bedroom with bunk beds. There is a main bathroom with a shower over the bath as well as a separate shower room.
Gas and electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, and there's private parking for two cars.
The Cabin

The Cabin is a two bedroom propety, all on the ground floor. The property consists of an open plan living space with Smart TV, a dining area, a kitchen area with an electric cooker, gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer.
There is one double bedroom and one with a trundle bed and ensuite. There is also a separate shower room and toilet.
Electricity bed linen and towels are all included, and there's private parking for two cars.
The Lodge

The Lodge is a four bedroom propety, all on the ground floor. The property consists of an open plan living space with an electric fire and a Smart TV. There is a dining area and a kitchen area with a breakfast bar, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.
There are two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite) and two single bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a toilet.
Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, and there's private parking for two cars.

Carnon Downs Club Campsite is located in the beautiful area of Cornwall, set amongst 20 acres of landscaped grounds. The gardens are perfect to walk and explore and has a children's play area to keep the little ones entertained.
Enjoy a walk to the River Fal and the creek and the hamlets of Penpol and Devoran. Cycling enthusiasts should bring their bikes along and follow the Bissoe Trail or do the Camel Trail (Padstow-Wadebridge), where there is also equipment for hire.
Spend a day shopping in the beautiful city of Truro, meander along the cobbled streets looking at the variety of shops, plenty of places for refreshment and a place to stop. If you want a unique experience visit the Eden project at St Austell located 22 miles away from Carnon Downs Club campsite. The clay pits have been reclaimed to house enormous biomes a truly education experience for the whole family.
If you appreciate beauty you will be spoilt for choice with the the gardens at Trebah, Glendurgan and Heligan. There are an abundance of coves and beaches to explore with water sports facilities at Praa Sands, Loe Beach in Truro equipment and tuition available.
