Store and tow service from £25^
We'll once again be offering our Store and Tow service at four Club campsites: Looe, Ramslade, Treamble Valley and Carnon Downs. If you store your touring vehicle on-site and subsequently book a touring pitch for a stay at the same location, we will make sure your holiday is hassle-free by towing your outfit onto your pitch prior to your arrival. After your stay, campsite staff will return your outfit to the storage area for you!
How to book
1. Make your Club campsite stay booking for Looe, Ramslade, Treamble Valley, Gatwick^^ or Carnon Downs^ following the normal process.
2. Ring the Club campsite to make your Store and Tow Service reservation.
3. Payment of £25^ will be taken upon arrival for the Store and Tow Service.
(Please note: payment will be taken each time the service is used)
^Store and Tow service is charged at £25 for Looe, Ramslade and Treamble Valley Club Campsites and £30 at Carnon Downs Club Campsite.

Store and Tow Service frequently asked questions

What hours will the service operate?
Service will be in normal site hours, and must be agreed with the site managers in advance. Out of hours cannot be guaranteed. The service will not operate outside of the touring season dates for the site.

Can I ask for a specific pitch number?
You may request that your outfit is towed onto a specific pitch number, but this will not be guaranteed.

Can my outfit be pitched before my arrival?
Yes, provided sufficient notice is given to the site staff.

What on-pitch service is provided?
You will need to connect to the services and set up yourself. Site staff will re-attach any security devices if you are not present.

Store and Tow terms and conditions
1. The Club's Storage Terms and Conditions 2025/2026 are applicable.
2. The service is only available for caravans and trailer tents at the stated storage sites.
3. A minimum 24 hours advance notice is required when booking.
4. The service is subject to availability.
5. The service is available during normal site operating hours.
6. The service will operate from 15 March to 4 November 2025 at Looe, Ramsland and Treamble Valley and all year round at Carnon Downs, however the Club reserves the right to withdraw the service.
7. Specific pitch numbers may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
8. The outfit will be towed onto the pitch type that was booked, unless for operational reasons this needs to be changed.
9. Max 2000kg outfit weight due to restrictions on site towing equipment.
10. Members must have a valid insurance policy for their outfit which covers towing by a third party. This is highlighted in 15.1 of Club’s Storage Terms and Conditions 2025/26. Club Caravan Cover (a discretionary mutual product) will be acceptable.
11. The outfit will be returned to the storage compound on departure day.
12. We cannot guarantee that the outfit will be returned to the same location within the storage compound.
