Pitches are on terraces set into the side of the hill and are marked out by trees, which also provide shade. The helpful staff speak English and keep the amenities clean and well-presented including a restaurant and a large pool. During the low season, the warmth of the wood burning fireplace on site invites customers to socialize around the fire.
The site is ideal for exploring the local area with the historic village of Nuevalos being just 500m away and feature Roman ruins and a 16th century palace. The Monasterio de Piedra, dating back to 1194 and founded by Cistercian monks, is also a popular place to visit and the natural landscape is a provides opportunities for water sports and fishing.

This site is terraced on the side of a hill, with very good view of the lake and a short walk into an interesting small town. The main toilet block was confusingly both male and female, and the smaller toilet block was very 'portacabin.'

This is a terraced site with views through the trees over the valley on most of them. Reception staff were really helpful and spoke english. Pitches were variable in size so you need to go and look first. They are hard standing and can get dusty... Show more
