We used this site as a one night stop as it’s only a couple of hours drive from Santander. We had a choice of (grass) pitch which was plenty big enough. There’s only 6 amp electricity but it’s adequate if you use gas for cooking and heating. ... Show more

Nice site with a rather strange cafe type bar/ restaurant. Good size pitches and clean facilities. Easy walk into Haro town centre with its shops, bars and restaurants Two plus points for us; 1. Walk to Haro and all of the wineries 2. Good place to stop enroute to Santander.

We used this site for a Bilbao stopover, perfectly located but pitch was too small for a medium size twin axle (Crusader Storm) and access was tight. 6 amp electricity would not even run a camping kettle let alone a fridge so had to revert to gas, if going back would... Show more

Stopped here for the night prior to sailing from Bilbao the following morning (1.10hours drive) very clean and friendly staff. Only a 10 min walk into Haro which offers a great plaza with bars and restaurants, couple of small supermarkets and several shops. Would definitely revisit.
