Why stay here ...

This excellent, family-oriented site is set next to a large lake and surrounded by a beautiful park, offering the perfect balance between relaxation and activity. Most pitches are grassy and of a good size, with natural shade being provided by large trees.

All of the English-speaking staff are very helpful, while the modern, clean facilities include a small, heated pool and adventure playground. Activities are organised in high season.

Just a short walk away is the picturesque town of Delft, famous for its pottery and a good place for shopping. Tickets to the pottery factory can be arranged onsite, and walking and cycling tours are also organised from here in summer. Slightly further afield is The Hague, with its Palace Noordeinde and Royal Stables.

Great Site

We travelled on the overnight ferry from Hull and the drive to site was 40 minutes easy drive. We were concerned we were way to early to arrive, however the site staff were fabulous and most helpful, and got us on pitch before 10AM. We had the same problem... Show more

Delft on the doorstep

What a brilliant location, just 15 minutes by bike (THE form of transport in Holland) to the town centre. Great route too - along picturesque Dutch residential streets alongside or over the many canals. As for the site itself: - friendly and helpful staff - lovely, clean and warm shower block... Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We stayed for 2 weeks in July, returning to the site for the first time since covid. The toilet/shower block has been replaced since our last visit in 2019 and is excellent- always clean and tidy. Similarly the dishwashing & laundry facilities. We caught the start of the Dutch summer... Show more

Excellent location

Stayed here in May , easy to find as well signposted. The location is excellent for walking into Delft, approx 15 mins. Staff on reception spoke excellent English. Pitches are well laid out but a little tight to get into with a long motorhome if the pitch opposite is... Show more

Nice base to explore South Holland

We had a lovely two-week stay here in May 2024. We have a touring caravan and our grass pitch was pleasant, with a hedge behind our caravan and, although smaller than UK pitches, we didn’t feel crowded. Some motorhome pitches looked a little bit tight however. Facilities in the new... Show more

Outstandingly good, with excellent staff.

Outstandingly good, with excellent staff support (professional and enthusiastic to help). Close proximity to Delft and beautifully relaxed location, apart from the major road within earshot which wasn't too disruptive. Recommended!

Not at all what I expected

Paid a lot of money for a 10 day holiday on a comfort pitch which should have been hard standing and grass but ended up on a sloping car park that I could not put my awning up or even sit outside. I booked this pitch so that I could... Show more

Great site to visit Delft

This is a great site if you want to visit the beautiful town of Delft. You can cycle to the centre 10 minutes on easy cycle paths. The site pitch for our Motorhome was snug, but they are well marked. The site is a large family focussed site, so there is... Show more

great site city location

spent 2 nights in June after arriving off ferry. Great central location in beautiful surroundings. Had pitch with electric, snug, just about fitted in. Quiet and tidy. Sanitary facilities appeared very good, although we used our own. Short walk into town, which is beautiful and many cycle routes. For us... Show more
