A remote, rural site nestled in an ancient forest, Huttopia Lac de Sillé is ideal for peaceful stays in low season and young families in summer. A range of activities is organised for children, from non-motorised water sports on the on-site lake to kite making and treasure hunts. You can buy snacks on site or take your own food into the big communal tent and enjoy a fireside evening with other visitors.
The site is verdant, with well-sized pitches shaded by tall trees. The friendly staff are keen for guests to appreciate the surrounding nature, and will happily share their knowledge of the local flora and fauna.
The Le Mans race track is 45 minutes’ drive, making this site ideal for those keen on motorsport. The impressive cathedral and quaint old town shoudn't be missed either. To the north is Alençon, which has some ornate monuments and interesting museums as well as a good selection of restaurants and cafés.

We stayed 6 nights mid June 2023. Friendly reception staff, said we could select a different pitch if we didn’t like where we were. Pitches large, mainly shaded.
