Why stay here ...
The friendly young couple Elodie and Loic and their two young children will welcome you warmly onto their small inviting 4* campsite set in 2.5 hectares of forest with hundred year old oak trees.
It's a natural and environmentally friendly site and the couple take pride in their desire to protect the environment with their choices on site and are part of the LPO, an organisation that protects wildlife.
The pitches are large and grassy and divided by hedges and mature trees, some are sunny and others are shaded. There is a central area where you can find the heated swimming pool and play area along with the bar and restaurant terrasse where they serve delicious local gastronomic dishes.
It is ideally situated for visiting all of the delights of the local area with Rocamadour and Sarlat easily accessible for a day out. The mediaeval castles of Saigne and Cénevières and the Lacave limestone caves, with its miniature electric train ride are amongst other attractions.
If you are feeling sporty there’s canoeing, fishing, paddle and natural swimming in the river nearby the site and rock climbing for the adventurous. The site also organises group trips out on E-bikes in the high season. In the local area there are 3000 kms of walking trails and 35 kms of “Voies Vertes'' to explore.
