Set midway between Tours and Poitiers, this family-run site is situated in the attractive grounds of an 18^th Century manor house rich with history, a 11^th century church and a medieval castle. It has a calm, laid back atmosphere and spacious grounds across which open, grassy very lasrge pitches are arranged, with some shade from mature trees.

In high season, a local baker visits the site and invites guests to make their own bread with him in a medieval oven. Wine and food tastings are also organised in summer, and there is music on the terrace on some evenings.

Children will enjoy the new Kids Club with mini disco and campfires.

There is plenty in the area to suit a range of interests, including Futuroscope for families and the Brenne Natural Park for nature lovers and bird watchers. To the north, some of the famous Loire châteaux can be reached, while 40 minutes to the south is Poitiers, with its picturesque medieval centre.
