Why stay here ...
Located between Bayeux and Caen and close proximity to Arromanches (Mulberry Harbour), this charming site is an ideal base from which to explore Normandy. Relaxing in low season, it has a rural feel, and even though it gets busier in high season, the calm ambiance is largely retained.
The site has a heated pool and provides family entertainment during the summer. There is also a well-stocked shop which provides all the essentials for a shorter stay.
The D-Day beaches are the primary draw to the area, the closest of which are Juno and Gold Beaches. Bayeux is a short drive and home to an imposing cathedral, WWII memorial museum and, of course, the famous tapestry. Visitors can also enjoy the region’s Calvados on the Route du Cidre.
