Filthy - READ THE REVIEWS

Not booked through the Club. Stayed 2 nights in September 2023. Seemed a convenient stop on our tour and was featured in the Club’s overseas site book. Quite a busy site, with temperatures in 30 degrees. Went to the takeaway as it opened up in the evening. Male staff member... Show more

Wish we had read the reviews

For us, this site fell far short of its 5* rating. We had booked for 7 nights stay & were looking forward to all the facilities that the site advertised. However, we were met with disappointments from the start. On arrival we asked if we were near the facilities, but... Show more

Worse site we have ever visited

Looking forward to 7 nights at a 5 * site. What a disappointment nothing like the description in the CAMC. Our pitch was situated next to the ball park and car park. We asked to be moved but was told the site was full but at a push could... Show more

Stop over

We used this site twice this year as a stop over . A superb site with plenty of shade. The facilities were clean and the staff help full. The only comment is that with a large outfit, 7.97m caravan some of the access roads to the pitches are narrow and... Show more

Very poor choice - avoid!

Is the standard of overseas sites similar to that of the UK? European sites are star-rated by local authorities and will have different standards and regulations to the UK. The Club's site inspectors ensure they are of a high standard for our members. Not on this site they didn’t! We... Show more

Stayed one night as a stop over from the south. Site in full swing so very busy but seemed to cope. No idea on the area but will say the cleanliness of the showers was somewhat lacking.

3*

We used this site for a mid-way overnight stop on a long trip back to Calais. Helpful English speaking and friendly staff. Good sized and shady pitches. Good facilities (Pools, bikes, peddle-cars, takeaway etc) but not very peaceful.

A good stop over

We used this site on the way South and on the way home. A fairly large site with a holiday camp style feel, mainly a British contingent with the Ducth obviously! Nice pools but very busy, good play area for children with bouncy castle, swings etc, good looking resuturant and... Show more

A piece of England in France

This site has a great location as a transit en route to the South of France, and is nicely planned with large plots and an attractive swimming pool complex. The toilets and showers are OK, not great. And there are some fantastic chateaux to see nearby. But the site is... Show more

Not for us.

a poor choice on our part. The noise level well into the night is just unacceptable. I am happy to stay on family friendly sites but do not expect shouting until midnight and beyond to go unchallenged. The facilities whilst good were very crowded and as adults there was little... Show more
