Why stay here ...

Convenient en route campsite, family and pet friendly with all facilities open all season, well stocked large shop where you can also buy freshly baked bread,  pastries along with locally sourced goods.  There is also a good value onsite restaurant with one star award from Gault-Millau.  

The beautiful river Yonne can be enjoyed by canoe or by boat which can be hired locally. There is plenty of exploring to be done whether you prefer hiking, climbing, cycling or horse riding. Old villages, châteaux, wine cellars, castles and WW2 forts. Burgundy is steeped in history. 

On site you can relax and unwind, play tennis, outdoor chess or ping pong. You can also enjoy Boules nearby or the activity park which is located beside the Yonne which is 200m from the site. The nearest town in Coulanges sur Yonne, 8km from site. The local train station is 10 minutes away where you can get to Paris within 2 hours or Dijon in 40 minutes along with other destinations.

Great little site with fantastic restaurant

Got to firstly highlight the restaurant, probably the best food I have had. Fully deserving of the one star status, and better.
