Set in the breathtakingly picturesque area of Ossiach, this site strikes the perfect balance between peace and activity. It offers something for all guests to enjoy against the stunning backdrop of lake and mountain scenery.
Many of the pitches have fine views and are set on level grassy terraces. There’s a private, lakeside beach for swimming and water sports, and in the evening you can enjoy an excellent choice of Austrian food in the restaurant and then watch the sun go down from the lakeside.
Ossiach itself has plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants but its most prominent attraction is the historic monastery and Baroque abbey church. A visit to the Pyramidenkogel tower - the world's highest wooden observation tower - in Carinthia, is also well worth considering. There’s also endless options for hiking, cycling or fishing.

This is a excellent site and the surroundings are stunning, access to and from motorway is simple just be careful if using sat nav as it may send you down a right turn into a lane with a low bridge. The site is not really twin axle friendly, there were two... Show more
