Supermarket Savings

IMPORTANT NOTICE

We're currently experiencing an unforeseen issue with Supermarket Savings and, as a result, have temporarily suspended the service. We're working hard with Boostworks (who facilitate the Supermarket Savings offer), to resolve this as soon as possible. How it works

1. Register
   Register for a Supermarket Savings account. 
   
   
2. Add address
   Once registered and logged in to the Supermarket Savings website, visit ‘My Account Settings’ and add your address. Please note you will not be able to buy a voucher or card until you have added your address.
   
   
3. Top-up your cashpot
   Decide how much money you want to add to your cashpot on Supermarket Savings. It is recommended you start with the typical amount you spend at the supermarket per month.
   To do this, visit the My Cashpot page and click ‘Top-up balance’. You’ll then be prompted to add the value and your payment information. You can watch a video to help guide you through the process of topping up your cashpot here.
   
   
4. Find a supermarket
   Use the search feature to find your go-to supermarket and discover the discounted vouchers and cards available. You can add supermarkets to your Favourites by clicking the heart icon to get quick access to their offers when you log in.
   
   
5. Place an order
   Once you’ve chosen a digital voucher or reloadable gift card you want, click ‘Buy now’. The discount will be automatically applied, and the money will be deducted from your cashpot. Please note only VISA and Mastercard are accepted as payment methods. 
   
   
6. Enjoy great savings!
   Reloadable gift cards will be sent to you in the post, and digital vouchers will be instantly added to your Digital Wallet so you can start using them straight away. Once you receive your reloadable gift card, you must activate it first. Log in and visit the My Digital Wallet page, then click the ‘Cards to Activate’ tab and click ‘Activate’ on the card. You’ll need to have the card with you so you can enter the details.

Topping up reloadable gift cards

To top up your reloadable gift card(s), simply log in and visit the My Digital Wallet page. You then need to click on the ‘My Reloadable Gift Cards’ tab and enter the value of money you want to load onto your card. Once you’ve done that, click load and complete the order.  You can watch a video to help guide you through topping up and reloading gift cards here.
