Q: How do I apply for the COCO+ fuel card?
A: Click on 'APPLY NOW' and you will be directed to the UK Fuels (part of Radius) website, to a dedicated COCO+ fuel card webpage. When you click ‘apply now’ you will need to enter your active membership number to access the bespoke member application form. Each application form will be reviewed and undergo a credit check (please note credit checks can take up to 5 working days). If you require any assistance with completing your application please contact partnerships@ukfuels.co.uk who will be able to assist you.
Q: When will my card arrive?
A: Once your application has been approved your fuel card will be sent in the post which can take up to 7 working days to arrive, subject to issues outside of UK Fuels control such as postal strikes or adverse weather conditions. Please note you will receive a separate letter containing the unique pin number for your card, you can also access your pin number via the Radius Velocity website portal or app. If your card has not arrived in 7 working days, please contact UK Fuels directly via the ‘Live Chat’ function available via the Radius Velocity website portal or app.
Q: How do I activate my card?
A: As soon as your card arrives and you have your unique pin you can start using your card at participating forecourts. UK Fuels will have sent you an activation link for your Radius Velocity login, once you have set up a password you will be able to access your fuel card account through the website portal or app.
Q: Where can I use my COCO+ fuel card?
A: You can access thousands of participating forecourts across the country. Check out the dedicated map which shows all the current participating forecourts where the discount will be applied.
You can also use the e-route website or app (remember to filter the search to ‘UK Fuels’ only).
Please note that the COCO+ fuel card can be used at all participating forecourts and COCO+ will offset all purchases however the discount will not be applied at supermarket forecourts (including but not limited to Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons).
Q: Can I use my COCO+ fuel card abroad (Europe)?
A: As it stands, you can only use the COCO+ fuel card in the UK at participating forecourts.
Q: Can I make other purchases (i.e. food and drink) with my COCO+ fuel card?
A: The COCO+ fuel card can only be used for fuel purchases. If you wish to buy additional products or services please use an alternative payment method.
Q: Can I apply for a COCO+ fuel card via the telephone?
A: Members cannot apply via the telephone, the application form is restricted to online only.
Q: How do I apply for more than one vehicle/card?
A: During the application form you will be able to enter multiple vehicles and request multiple cards under different names. Please note only one set of bank details will be taken which will be responsible for all payments for all cards applied for within the application form.
Q: What if my partner and I want to use separate bank details per card?
A: You will each need to complete an application form using your separate bank details.
Q: What is the saving?
A: You save 3p per litre on standard diesel at participating forecourts. Please note the discount does not apply to premium diesel and standard or premium unleaded however COCO+ will still carbon offset your fuel purchases. The discount does not apply at supermarket forecourts (including but not limited to Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons) however COCO+ will still carbon offset your fuel purchases.
Q: My receipt reflects the pump price rather than the discounted rate?
A: You will be provided with a receipt from the forecourt showing the amount of fuel you have purchased as well as the pump price. Once UK Fuels receives this transaction from the forecourt they will update your website portal or app displaying the discounted amount.
UK Fuels invoices run weekly. Each weekly invoice is for a Monday-Sunday period, with the invoice date always on the Sunday. A digital invoice is sent to you the following Wednesday. Payments will be taken on a monthly basis via Direct Debit on the 10th of each month.
If you do not use your card in any given week you will not receive a digital invoice for that week. If you use your card multiple times throughout the month, you will receive multiple digital weekly invoices, however the monthly Direct Debit payment taken will always be for all of the weekly invoices combined.
Q: I forgot to use my COCO+ fuel card, can I claim back the discount?
A: The discounted rate only applies to standard diesel purchased with the COCO+ fuel card at the point of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively. If you use another card to pay for your fuel you cannot claim back the discount amount.
Q: I have forgotten the PIN number for my COCO+ fuel card?
A: You can use the Radius Velocity website portal or app to ‘manage your cards’ and view your PIN.
Q: Why can’t I change my PIN number?
A: Each PIN number is unique to each individual card and cannot be amended to keep your account information safe.
Q: I have lost the COCO+ fuel card / my COCO+ fuel card has been stolen?
A: Login to your Radius Velocity website portal or app and cancel your card via the ‘manage your cards’ section.
Click ‘Put Cards On Stop’, select the cards that need to be cancelled and click the green tick at the bottom of the page to action. Card stops actioned on Radius Velocity take effect on the card within 10 minutes, reducing the risk of fraudulent transactions taking place after a card has been cancelled.
Q: Why are my bank details required when registering for a COCO+ fuel card?
A: COCO+ fuel card requires valid bank details in order to set up a Direct Debit for fuel purchases.

Q: Are there any fees?
A: There is no sign up fee, no transaction fee, no processing fee and no minimum spend.
Q: When do I get charged for the payments?
A: Payments will be taken on a monthly basis via Direct Debit on the 10th of each month.

A: Login to your Radius Velocity website portal or app and cancel all your cards via the ‘manage your cards’ section. Alternatively, you can email or call the UK Fuels Customer Service Team to action.
Q: Can I collect Nectar points when using the COCO+ fuel card?
A: Yes, you can collect Nectar points when you purchase fuel at participating forecourts. Please note the 3p per litre discount on standard diesel does not apply at supermarket forecourts however COCO+ will still carbon offset fuel purchases.
Q: Can I collect Tesco Clubcard points when using the COCO+ fuel card?
A: Yes, you can collect Tesco Clubcard points when you purchase fuel at participating forecourts. Please note the 3p per litre discount on standard diesel does not apply at supermarket forecourts however COCO+ will still carbon offset fuel purchases.

Q: What is Radius Velocity?
A: Radius Velocity is an industry-leading online management system, giving you complete control over the management of your fuel cards. Free to access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Radius Velocity can be used for simple day-to-day tasks, such as the ordering and cancelling of cards, or for viewing and downloading fuel invoices. You can access Radius Velocity via the website portal or app.
Q: What is e-route?
A: e-route is a digital map, showing every fuel station in the UK. You can find participating forecourts via the e-route website or app, please note you will need to filter to display ‘UK Fuels’ only. COCO+ will carbon offset all fuel purchases made at UK Fuels participating forecourts however the 3p per litre discount only applies to standard diesel and excludes supermarket forecourts (including but not limited to Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons).
Q: Am I applying for the COCO+ fuel card through the Caravan and Motorhome Club, Experience Freedom or a third party?
A: If you apply for a COCO+ fuel card you are registering your details with UK Fuels Limited (part of Radius Payment Solutions Limited) and not with the Caravan and Motorhome Club or Experience Freedom. If you complete your application form for a COCO+ fuel card you will be entering into a legal agreement with UK Fuels Limited:
