The National Memorial Arboretum is the Nation's year-round place to remember, a space where everyone can celebrate lives lived and remember lives lost. A beautiful and inspiring place, the 150-acres of the Arboretum form a living landscape, a home for more than 400 memorials waiting to be discovered. The grounds of the Arboretum are expansive with miles of pathways making exploring easy. Daily activities including exhibitions, a land train, talks, buggy and walking tours, help to bring the stories of the Arboretum to life. The Arboretum's large Restaurant and Gift Shop are also open daily. The Arboretum is free to enter and is open daily (closed Christmas Day). Dog friendly.
