Beautiful gardens created by Major Percy Stewart and his wife Katharine between 1901 and 1962 comprising two lakes, walkways, an Edwardian Rock Garden, an Aviary Garden, a Stumpery, a Birch Walk and a Walled Garden. Home to a National Collection of over 80 varieties of Hardy Water Lily, in bloom on the lakes from June to August. Assistance dogs only are permitted.
