Seacroft Caravan Club Site to see extension and development in 2015

15/01/2015

The top-class site, which already has 90 pitches across 7.5 acres, is in a great location on the coast and has the added bonus of a leisure complex, boasting a restaurant, bar and swimming pool. The site is located just outside the tourist town of Cromer, so is always popular with caravanners, motorhomers and tent campers of all ages, but especially so with families in the summer. It was with this is mind, The Club decided to acquire some adjoining land and extend the site to offer more pitches to its members and visitors, a total of 7,665 additional pitch nights throughout the year!

Director General of The Caravan Club, Nick Lomas, says, “The Caravan Club is a members’ organisation and always has the members at the forefront of its decisions. Members regularly say that one of the most important things to them is the reinvestment of Club surplus into the network, and as a result The Club invested over £8m in developing and maintaining The Club’s sites network in 2014.”

Lomas continues, “The work at Seacroft made a good start before Christmas and is due for completion in time for the summer 2015 season. Caravanning holidays are great for those with children, whether it be young families or grandparents with grandchildren, and The Club has many family members. The facilities at Seacroft are always popular with children and we cannot wait to welcome even more families to enjoy the site this year.”
