For tourers looking to explore Canada, the Caravan and Motorhome Club is offering up the chance to win the trip of a lifetime worth £12,998*. From ice-capped peaks of the Canadian Rockies and blue alpine lakes to the hot springs of Radium, there is much to discover on the wanderlust tour.

Winners will take off for the 26-day trip on 3 September 2024, first taking in Calgary and the alpine resort of Banff, driving through national parks before heading to the ski resort of Whistler then on to Vancouver and beyond while exploring new sights and cultures. The tour is part of the Caravan and Motorhome Club’s worldwide touring holidays, where explorers are able to choose from 32 once-in-a-lifetime caravan and motorhome touring holidays or tailor-make their own tour.

The Canadian Rockies competition launches online from Monday 11 September at 10am 2023, and closes at 23.59hrs on 18 February 2024. Tourers will also be able to enter the amazing competition at the Motorhome & Caravan Show at Birmingham’s NEC from 17 October. Entrants will be able to meet with the Club’s friendly team at Stand 9.95 to hear all about the inspirational bucket list tours available.

The competition prize is for two people and includes return flights, airport and motorhome depot transfers and three nights in a Calgary hotel, plus 21 nights at a selection of campsites with 22 days hire of a motorhome.

The Canadian Rockies span the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia in western Canada, where tourers will be at home driving through open expanses of road such as the scenic Icefield Parkway and Yellowhead South Highway. Expert Canadian guides, who know the country by hand, will lead the tour through some of the most breathtaking landscapes, making it the perfect competition prize even for the most novice of leisure vehicle drivers.

The lucky winners will make their way from Calgary to Jasper via Banff located at the heart of the Rocky Mountains taking in a number of sights including Johnston Canyon, Vermilion Lakes and Sulphur Mountain. Next tourers will take the Yellowhead South Highway through Mount Robson Provincial Park before making their way to Wells Gray Provincial Park, known for its wildlife, waterfalls and wilderness.

Not to be missed is the Sea to Sky Highway along the shores of the Pacific Ocean with coastal mountain roads to Vancouver. Winners will also have the chance to take in a copper mine, the city of Revelstoke and a trip to Radium Hot Springs, where tourers can unwind in natural hot springs, ski or enjoy some fine dining.
