The Caravan and Motorhome Club’s Contact Centre scoops gold at the UK National Contact Centre Awards

The Caravan and Motorhome Club has won this year’s UK National Contact Centre Awards for ‘Giving something back’. The 29th prestigious awards were announced at Old Billingsgate earlier this week to recognise individual, team and company best practice amongst the UK's 6000+ Contact Centres.

The new ‘Giving something back’ category recognises organisations that have delivered activities to support their Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, to include giving back to their local communities, charities and to the environment. The Club is proud to have been recognised for this award. They always strive to support their community whilst helping members and potential members enjoy the great outdoors.

Harvey Alexander, Director of Marketing and Membership Services, at the Caravan and Motorhome Club, said, “Receiving an award and three shortlists this year is a wonderful testament to all the hard work of our Contact Centre team. Caravan and Motorhome Club Contact Centre employees are required to promote and sell a range of the Club’s services and products, handle member and non-member enquiries and resolve any complaints to the required standards. All staff are trained thoroughly to provide excellent customer service at all times.

The Club was also shortlisted for Best Apprenticeship Programme, Most Effective New Employee Experience and Best Colleague Wellbeing Programme. The UK National Contact Centre Awards judges mark each category by innovation, team-working, employee engagement, the delivery of superb customer experience and more.
