winter holidays

hello Venturer1, you would get lots of replies in the Overseas section.  We have stayed at Bonterra Park in Benicassim for September and October, and met many very happy 'snowbirds' who winter there right through until February or March.  Beach within 10/15 mins walk, supermarkets within few minutes walk.  A really Spanish town.  Nice swimming pool, and although maybe old fashioned facilities, they are spotlessly clean.  We have been there when there was torrential rainfall, and nobody was waterlogged, although another site not too far away was in a terrible state.  We are off again this year same time, but are planning to stretch out further into winter in 2014.  Local bus routes are also useful, and the site generally run a coach trip into Valencia for 10/12 Euros pp.  Happy Holidays. 

PS Forgot to mention they have updated all the disabled facilites onsite.  Last year their restaurant was under new management and was quite good.
