The Large Map.

This story happened on: 28/12/2012

We have just received our new Caravan Club site book and map. What a Map!! Its very big.!! However my hisband has had a field day with it. He threw it on the floor unfolded it and became very excited when he realised all the Club Sites were clearly marked, and the numbers of the sites corresponded with the pages in the directory. With glee he pounced on the map and declared "we're going to Scotland this year". After two hours (at least) he had planned every site we are staying on. The whole itinary and everything has been marked on the map, and the sites have been booked. After 42 years of marriage I have found the secret of keeping my husband happy. Give him a big map !!

Agreed for the information but why did they have to print it on such dark back ground colours.  Dark print on pale back ground works much better.

I will find it easier to locate a CL particularly where it lies an equal distance from a number of towns. Up till now it was difficult to know which town the CL was listed under. My only criticism is the fact that the North and South sections of the map are laid out in different directions. With the new layout it is no longer possible to fold the map so that the border areas are back to back. This of course is only valid when looking for sites in both the North and South.
