86. The beginning and the end.

This story happened on: 22/05/2015

For as long as I have been a member we have always had at least a couple of trips a year to Blackpool South. For the last couple of years we have had our first and last trips of the year there and have managed to get our favourite pitch, number 86. It is one of the ones near the play area, not far from toilet block. We tried the pitch next to it once but that is under a big tree that is seemingly occupied by many diarrhetic birds, so will avoid at all costs now. The staff there are always friendly, as I have found nearly everywhere. We stayed there during the last school holidays for four or five nights, and will return before we put the caravan to bed for the winter. Before then though we are booked to go to Coed-Y-Llwym tomorrow for eight nights. Cheltenham Racecourse - New Forest - Paignton - Cheltenham Racecourse again for four weeks in the summer, and maybe brave the speeb bumps at Bridlington later in the year. If wifi allows I may even post on my travels, and hopefully end the season back on 86

Smile We sometimes aim for the same area on favourite sites but don't think we've managed to get the same pitch very often!
