#XploreMore 2014 - Task 84 Using just four sheets of A4 paper (no glue, sticky tape or paper clips)

We like setting the girls problem solving tasks, so when we saw this task we got quite excited.

However, making a tower purely out of paper is very difficult - and frustrating, esp for kids.

Anyway, as can be seen from the photo, Amy's initial 'stack' with my shard-like tower in the background - with some tiny bits of tape to help 

The second photo shows a joint-effort when we used a little bit of tape to see how high we could go - we actually only used just 3 sheets for this tower!

A nice challenge - thanks to whomever set it.
