Eat hot chocolate outside the caravan in the dark

One of the best things about caravanning is making new friends! At the Kielder site we made a friend on the first day and she was interested in the challenges we’ve been set by the Caravan Club. So it was no surprise that she said “yes!” to helping us with one of the challenges, especially since it involved drinking hot chocolate with marshmallows! 

After playing in the playground, we all walked back to the caravan since it was getting dark. It wasn’t long until the hot chocolate was ready and we all started to sip out of our mugs outside the caravan.

I thought the hot chocolate was lovely because the marshmallows melted into it making a delicious taste. This challenge was also a bit revolting though, since every so often we found a floating midge in our mugs.
