#XploreMore 2014 - Task 15 - Wash your dog in the Xplore shower

It's been quite a tough week for us as Sally, our old but beloved 13.5 year old Labrador, has seen the natural effects of father time catch up with her. She's been such a part of family - pre-dating our kids, of course - and seeing her fitness and her health detriorate is very tough to handle. She's currently having a relaxing break at my parents (she loves them and being at their house with their Lab, Bess) as we are heading into Europe as part of our Elddis and Caravan Club challenge.

When we visited my parents, we took it as an opportunity to borrow their dog for a challenge we thought would be a difficult one to complete; the challenge of washing Sally in the Xplore shower. Don't get me wrong; the Xplore shower is fantastic (we have no problems showering in it) but Sally has always found jets of water and being sprayed very stressful.

Thankfully, Sally's best buddy Bess stood in for her and let Ella give her a clean-up in our shower.

Anyway, task completed without Sally being subjected to unneccesary stress.
