Exploring by bike

This story happened on: 29/11/2015

The latest addition to our motorhome is our bikes. We collected them from storage earlier this week and they now travel around with us attached to the back of our Autoquest 180. We missed not having them in our caravan last year.

The bikes allows us a lot more freedom to explore an area. The motorhome, due to its size, can restrict some of the places that we can visit therefore we have to plan accordingly. Public transport is an option but the bikes also offer a quick and easy solution, as well as getting us in the outdoors (that we love) and exercising more.

Earlier this week we arrived in Henley Four Oaks Caravan club site, a lovely site situated about a mile outside of Henley-on-Thames. The bikes allowed us to nip into Henley but also meant that we were able to explore the area; we chose to go on a family cycle ride, following the path beside the Thames.

We're looking forward to plenty more cycle rides as we travel around.
