Amy (12)'s video about an evening cycle into Brighton

This story happened on: 19/01/2016

It was Amy's turn to lead the cycle ride this time. Using the route recommended by Sustrans (with a few family friendly tweaks), she led us from Brighton Caravan Club site, along the seafront to Brighton Pier where we munched on some well-earnt chips.

Not being put off by the cold winter chill in the air, we set off as the sun was setting which meant we got some impressive views of the sun over the water as we cycled. Cycling at this time of night made our little venture a little bit more exciting.

We also enjoyed seeing the sunset on our way back from shopping at Tesco in Hove. The traffic was moving slowly because of roadworks lane closures which gave us the opportunity to enjoy the view of the sea front. Lovely day again today so we plan to walk down to the sea front today.
