Loose Hill always a stunner.

Last bank Holiday We spent a week at Castleton's Loose hill. This is not our first time there, in fact i'd concider us regulars. The forcast was grim but being avid walkers, weather wasn't an issue.

We arrived on the Tuesday afternoon, managed the awning before the rain started. We laughed at the thought of the wet week to come. How wrong were we.

What a great week, managed the Loose hill to Mam tore hills many days, even got a bit of a tan. The site was its usual fantastic self, made so comfortable by the wardens and their warm welcome.

Feeding the ducklings in the morning and watching the Lambs playing in the neighboring field from the awning made it even more entertaining to wake early.

The whole week was so enjoyable, we even managed to book in for an extra night, we just didn't want to leave. Well done and thank you to the wardens, Loose hill and Castleton in our opinion you really are excellent.
