Once upon a time in a land where peace and quiet reign, an invader came to pass.......

My hubby and I were sat outside even though it was October the weather was lovely, enjoying our freshly cooked eggs and bacon and refreshing cuppa, watching the beautiful birds, Nuthatch, Coal Tit, Pheasants and Ducks feeding from the seeds I had put out earlier, in the distance you could hear rutting Deer - loudly bellowing on the breeze, we were enjoying all this beauty, when - SNAP gone in a second!!!

Birds flew away, ducks ducked for cover and we covered our ears - yes the earth shattering sound of a car alarm rang through the air, even though it was only for 30 seconds - our peace was snatched from us - why?

Because someone felt the urge to use a car alarm to protect their precious car - ok I confess we drive a second hand car and own a 2nd hand caravan, but we treasure them just the same. No car alarm required here though surely?, on a cara club site with Wardens, cameras and loads of people, this site is secure...Have a little faith and turn the damn thing off!!!, Loud intrusive peace shattering noise.

Our quiet moments are few and far between, we treasure them and would love to enjoy them for longer please, have some consideration for those around you.
