Winter Blues ending with a Smile

This story happened on: 08/02/2014

After what feels like a long wet windy winter, today we went to see how our first wee caravan stood the test of the winter in storage. Surprisingly it didnt look as bad on the exterior as what I expected but it still does need a good wash. Now feeling proud as clearly listened to what my dad told us to do for when putting it away for winter i.e. all the water drained out of taps, cupboards opened etc etc. Now considering its age it has done great to last the winter but it has gave us the hope that we were looking for and that is ....... IN 2014 We can go away in it :-)

So we have spent the afternoon thinking about the dates we can go away and looking at sites and this year we are doing 2 long weekends (all going well if I can change my holiday dates) we will be at Bunree at the end of April and Garlieston at the end of May and then the rest of the year we are going after work to our favourtite little haunt at Craigie Gardens in Ayr.

Since New year I have been waiting patiently to see how our wee van was doing before we could book anything and now we are all booked so sorry I just had to share my excitement as think the bug has hit me hard as I cant wait to get away lol
