The Season comes to an end .......

This story happened on: 02/11/2014

Wow what a year it has been. We start the season off at Craigie Gardens in Ayr with our beloved first wee caravan our Lunar Clubman 390/2 and are welcomed with the most warm and friendliest welcome from the wardens who are delighted to see us back for our second year. Then not long into the season which felt like happened overnight we got our second caravan an Avondale which we truly love and it has made our love of carvanning grow even more. We have just closed the season at Craigie Gardens again 2nd year running but this year was that little bit more special as we have grown to love the wardens and we can honestly not fault them I was even more delighted when asked if they would be back next year to which they confirmed they would. I have just looked and seen when we can book for 2015 from and its not long to go and Craigie Gardens we are coming back for another great year with you. It's great to know that at 5pm on a friday after work if we choose to we can just go 40mins down the road and are welcomed with such a warm welcome. So I am now counting the days when I can start my 2015 days and hope you are all looking forward to another year with our beloved vansĀ

Can only agree with the comments re Craigie Gardens, it is a lovely site and are only a week home from having 10 days there. Just hope that all the uncertainty about the lease has been resolved and that the sites future has been secured. It is hard to believe that the council could consider letting the site close considering how much revenue the caravaners bring into the town
