My Disabled Guide 4 .........Bognor CC

Rowan Park Caravan Club Site

Bognor

After leaving Worthing CC I headed to Bognor a bit depressed after seeing what the previous three sites had to offer from a disabled point of view and wow was I in for a surprise, ( I may have written about bognor somewhere else and if I have i’m sorry ) it’s just that I can’t praise this site enough, it’s got a lot going for it

1. It is clean, well kept, well managed, pleasant staff etc

2. A dog walk and nature reserve right next to the site.

3. Bus stops close by to Bognor, ( like so many sites quite a distance to walk )

4. A Mcdonald's ( free wifi ) a KFC and couple of other fast food places, a Halfords, Pets at Home, Matalan etc etc, oh and a  Sainsbury’s down the road.

A little noisy at night due to the main road If your park near the site entrance but that aside it’s certainly a site worth visiting and staying for a week or two as I will next season.

Points out of ten...........9

I enjoy reading the access details of your visits because whilst not disabled we have no car so reley on foot, bike or public transport and the details on these areas are normally lacking on any site information. If sites provide such information it is usually of a general nature and it leaves me wanting more detail, shops etc. Regards, Roy
